Looking for a beauty swap? Ditch your café latte for this superfood blend a few times a week. Used as herbal remedies for thousands of year, turmeric and ginger are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. When blended together they create a naturally warming drink that’s nutritious and delicious. 

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Organic Coconut oil
1 tsp. Organic Turmeric
1 tbsp. Organic Minced Ginger
Pinch Black Pepper
4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Stevia drops to taste 

Instructions

  1. In a small pot over medium, whisk coconut oil, black pepper, turmeric and minced ginger for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add almond milk and whisk until almond milk comes to a slight boil.
  3. (Optional) Pour warm golden milk into blender and bend to emulsify.  Add a few drops of organic stevia to taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
